Alternatively, you may email us at admin@smilevieu.com to initiate the process. Please note that if you choose to email us, our team will still need to redirect the request to your relevant doctor or clinic as only they have access to patient records and only they can complete the data deletion request.
SmileVieu functions as a communication bridge between clinics and patients. We do not have direct access to your medical or treatment data. All such information is strictly controlled and owned by your respective dental clinic providers.
